Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, the processing of your order begins, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please reach out to us promptly after placing your order at support@wearbrighton.com.
Return costs
For defective products: There are no costs for the customer. This applies if the product is incorrect, has been damaged by the shipping service provider, or is defective in any other way.
For customer regret (order cancellation): The actual return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. This applies if the customer has purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items are typically processed within 10 days of receiving the return.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return products within 30 days. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, with labels and tags attached.
- The packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.
- Returned items must not show any signs of use.
Please note: If the returned items fail to meet these criteria, we will not process the return. We reserve the right to decline returns if the items appear used or damaged due to reasons beyond our control.
Tracking Your Return
Ensure your return shipment includes a tracking code. Without proof of delivery and tracking, lost returns cannot be refunded. Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk. Upon receiving your return, we will confirm receipt via email. Refunds for the purchase amount will be issued within a few days after the return has been processed.
