1. How long will it take to receive my order?

The average delivery time for our packages is 7-10 business days. We are a company that cares about the environment and wants to do its part to make the world a better place. Once we have reached our minimum order quantity, we ship all orders at once. We hope you understand and want to help us make a difference.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package online on our tracking page. Please also check your junk mail folder, as our emails can sometimes end up there. It may take a few business days for the track & trace system to become active.

3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window. To cancel your order within this time frame, please contact us.

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange.
